Warranties and Returns
Please keep in mind the following points when making a return or an exchange for your Europak Online Store purchases.
For returns and exchanges, customers will have two options.
One is to surrender the items at a physical store of the item’s brand.
Orders placed on Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed and picked up from our warehouse the following business day (e.g. Monday).
If no store is located nearby or if brand does not have a physical store, the second option is to contact our customer support to facilitate return via our courier who will return the items to us where we will perform product inspection. If deemed fit for replacement, we will replace the items and send back the new items free of shipping charges.
The item is in its original packaging.
The item has no visible damage (apart from factory defects)
NOTE: All of the said items must be presented to any local EUROPAK Store together with its invoice and its original packaging. Please note that promotional and sale items are can no longer be exchanged or returned.
A copy will be included in the package.
The EUROPAK Online Store does not capture payments unless the items are deemed available and the purchase is sure to push through. However, in cases where a refund is unavoidable, The EUROPAK Online Store will refund the amount to the account the customer used to pay for the purchase within 7 days of finalization of the order.
For instances where changes in the order is needed and refunding is unavoidable, the EUROPAK Online Store will deposit the amount to the customer’s bank account. The deposit will be made 1-3 business days upon finalizing the order.
EUROPAK guarantees to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship within one year from the original date of purchase.
If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, then EUROPAK will, at our discretion, either fix or replace the product upon presentation of original sales receipt.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
- accident such as falls, blows or damage during transport (e.g. by airlines)
- abuse, neglect or improper care
- natural break down of colors and materials over extended time and use
- mishandling or misuse (i.e. overloading, transportation of unusual objects)
- scratch or fabric abrasion
- exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water
- alteration of materials and workmanship
- normal wear and tear
Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any direct, incidental or consequential loss to personal property. If your bag or its contents are lost or damaged during transport (by an airline for example), we suggest that you submit a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.
In some cases, damage not covered under warranty can be repaired free of service charge within two (2) years from the purchase date (original receipts required).
However, defective parts will be repaired /replaced, subject to availability, at the expense of the owner.
Lifetime Customer Service Agreement: If your bag is no longer under warranty and you wish to have it repaired, we will be happy to do so subject to reasonable conditions and costs. EUROPAK will repair or replace a damaged part, subject to availability, with the closest matching part or component in the closest matching color.
Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your EUROPAK product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.
EUROPAK reserves the right to change and/or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
